Rules of Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak243 platform, including the website at pak243.app, the mobile application and all associated services. By registering an account or otherwise using the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with pak243 and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

pak243 provides an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games and fish games. The platform operates on a real-money basis using PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as the primary currency for all transactions.

You may only use pak243 for lawful personal entertainment. You agree not to use the platform in any way that:

• Is intended to defraud pak243 or any other player on the platform
• Involves the use of automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the platform
• Violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction
• Disrupts the experience of other players using the platform

pak243 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice, and to withhold any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.

To access any gaming activity on pak243, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold one account only — duplicate accounts are not permitted. If you are found to have registered more than one account, pak243 may close all associated accounts and void any related transactions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any additional details requested during the registration or KYC verification process.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not allow any other person to operate your account on your behalf
• Notify pak243 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

pak243 offers OTP-based two-factor authentication for added security and strongly recommends its use. Enabling 2FA does not transfer liability for activity conducted via your credentials to pak243 — you remain responsible for all activity on your account.

KYC Verification: pak243 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide CNIC details and any additional documentation deemed necessary for verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

pak243 reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial activity for an extended period. You will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account where contact information is available.

All financial activity on pak243 is conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, online bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Available methods and processing times may vary and are subject to change — the Deposit page on pak243 displays current options.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet channels including JazzCash and Easypaisa. Deposits are generally credited to your pak243 balance within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. pak243 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network conditions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by method and is displayed at the time of withdrawal request. pak243 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times depend on the chosen channel and may vary. Bank transfers typically take longer to settle than mobile wallet withdrawals.

• Funds must only be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same or equivalent channel used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• pak243 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirements described in Section 4 before withdrawal is permitted.

pak243 does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check your provider's terms before initiating a transaction.

pak243 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins on slot titles and sports betting cashback offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. General bonus rules applicable to all pak243 promotions are set out below.

• Eligibility: Promotions are only available to eligible account holders. Eligibility conditions, such as minimum deposit amounts or qualifying game types, are set out on the specific promotion page.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly before you opt in.
• Opt-in: Most bonuses on pak243 require you to actively opt in. A bonus is not automatically applied unless stated otherwise. You are not obliged to accept any bonus — you can choose to decline and play with your deposited funds only.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire after the stated period if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonus funds and associated conditional winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements or any other method designed to exploit a promotion, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

pak243 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already in progress where wagering has begun.

The pak243 sports section covers cricket — including the Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — alongside football, esports and other international events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pak243.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. A bet that does not appear in your bet history has not been accepted.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your bet request are not guaranteed until acceptance is confirmed.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are subject to delays, suspension and closure at pak243's discretion. Bets placed on markets that were suspended or closed at the time of placement will be voided.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, market error or where the result is determined under amended playing conditions. Voided bets are returned to your balance.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum winnings on a single bet or accumulator may be subject to limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant markets where applicable.
• Errors: pak243 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by data feed errors, system faults or human error.

All sporting event results are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the sport in question. For cricket this means results as declared by the ICC or relevant national cricket board. pak243's decision on disputed settlements is final.

This section covers live casino, slot games and fish games on pak243. All game outcomes in the slots and fish games sections are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game elements — real cards, real roulette wheels — which are visible on stream.

• Technical errors: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error mid-game, bets in progress at the time of the error will be settled based on the game state recorded by pak243's servers. Where no reliable game state is available, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live casino: Live dealer games operate within the rules set by the game provider. If a live casino stream is interrupted, pak243 will make reasonable efforts to reconnect your session. Completed game rounds before any interruption stand as settled.
• Slot return-to-player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slots represent the theoretical long-term average across a very large number of spins. They do not guarantee specific results within any individual session.
• Fish games: Prize multipliers in fish game rooms are fixed at the values published in-game. Prizes are credited automatically to your pak243 balance after each successful target kill. pak243 does not modify fish game outcomes.
• Game provider rules: Certain games on pak243 are subject to the rules of third-party providers in addition to these Terms. Game provider rules are accessible within the individual game interface.

pak243 takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism. pak243 provides tools to help players manage their activity and encourages every player to use them proactively.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session reminders: Time reminders can be configured to alert you when a session reaches a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pak243 platform via account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests to reverse an exclusion before the stated period are subject to a mandatory cooling period.
• Age restriction: pak243 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Do not share access to your account with minors.

All players on pak243 are expected to behave in a manner that is fair, honest and respectful. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Registering more than one account on pak243, whether under your own name or another
• Using any form of automated software, bot or script to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker or any other game where collusion affects outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities or pricing errors for financial gain
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund an account
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Money laundering or any use of pak243 to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Any conduct intended to harass, abuse or intimidate other players or pak243 staff

pak243 reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant authorities. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be withheld and may be subject to recovery proceedings.

pak243 collects personal data as part of the registration and account operation process. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and, where you have consented, for promotional communications. pak243 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

By registering an account you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the pak243 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy before registering.

Payment data is handled by our payment provider partners and is not stored in full by pak243 directly. All connections to the pak243 platform use HTTPS encryption to protect data in transit.

pak243 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of pak243 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account. You are always free to close your account and withdraw your available balance if you do not wish to accept updated Terms.
